June 2021 East Bay Real Estate Market Update ⏰📊
At the mid-point of 2021 lack of supply remains the driving force for the Real Estate market. Even with a 42% increase in number of Homes Sold and a 19% increase in New Listings compared to June 2020, home prices are rising everywhere in the East Bay while the number of Active and Pending Listings are all down.
What does the rest of the year have in store? The trajectory of month-to-month price increases has started to flatten the past few months which could indicate the start of buyer fatigue. But with such low inventory still being gobbled up quickly, we do not anticipate a drastic downturn in prices anytime soon.
